Cancellations
You may cancel your order in the first 24 hours. Please note that there will be a $5.00 restocking fee applied to the order.

Returns/Refunds for Used Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all teeth whitening products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, and all sales are non-refundable.

As whitening results vary from person to person, we do not provide a satisfaction guarantee. Individual outcomes may differ depending on factors including, but not limited to, natural tooth shade, staining history, diet, lifestyle habits, oral hygiene, pre-existing dental conditions, and genetics. For this reason, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Returns for Unused Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may return items within 30 days of the date of purchase. You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without emailing our support team first.

Damages and Issues
We take the quality of our products very seriously. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email our Customer Service Team immediately. We will need your order number and a picture of the damaged product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
