Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A:  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Q: Cancellation Request

A: If you've placed an order with us and qualify for a cancellation, please note that there will be a $5.00 restocking fee applied to the order.

Q: How do I cancel a subscription?

A: Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the link labeled “Subscription Management.”

Q: How long does shipping take?

A:  Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, delivery usually arrives within 3–5 business days or less depending on your location and USPS transit times.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Not at the moment.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Definitely! You'll notice the use of SSL security on our site to ensure all of your personal information is encrypted. Your Credit Card information is used upon purchased and is forgotten immediately afterwards.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Once you find a product you're interested in, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!
